Spineology Inc. and its Board of Directors are committed to establishing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program regarding ethical interactions with healthcare professionals. Spineology has modeled its compliance program after the "Compliance Program Guidance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers" issued by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in April of 2003. Likewise, Spineology has followed the spirit of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed) "Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals" in designing the compliance program.

As of the date of this declaration, January 1, 2019, Spineology is in compliance with our compliance program and with California Health and Safety Code sections 119400-119402.
