Rampart Interbody Fusion System

The Rampart^TM Interbody Fusion System is a family of implants constructed of Invibio PEEK-OPTIMA® LT1 Polymer.

Rampart implants are available in multiple sizes and geometries to aid the surgeon in providing the right anatomical fit and restoring anatomical alignment to the motion segment in open or anatomy conserving surgeries.

All implant designs feature:

• Textured surfaces to aid in the maintenance of implant position
• Lordotic angulation to aid in creating or preserving sagittal alignment
• Radio-opaque markers to aid in observing implant position
• Radiolucent PEEK to enable postoperative x-ray observation
• Large fenestrations to permit bony through growth

To accompany the Rampart implants Spineology has configured the systems with:

• Access Portal maintains hands-free neural retraction during discectomy
• Implant inserters designed to aid in the accurate placement of the implant
• Conventional disc preparation instruments and our proprietary anatomy-conserving One-Pass instruments.
